This sub-assembly line (semi-automatic type) supplied for Manual and Auto window regulator used in cars for movement of window glass, which consist of total 7 stations, includes stud crimping, pulley riveting, auto nut runner for motor assembly,rework station and end of line for testing of final assembly for continuity testing.

This assembly line provided with auto feeding of screw through bowl feeder and end of line testing for testing of continuity of assembly with specific parking location which ensures quality of product as per customer requirements
