Cup Cone Robotic Assembly Line

This fully automatic assembly line supplied to our prestigious customer for individual gauging for inner and outer ring of taper roller bearings and its storage at buffer table and assembly of specific grading of inner ad outer rings to suit specific end requirement of friction torque of final pair assembly.

In line consist of six stations mainly gauging of inner and outer race and assembly station pair bearing as per grading requirements,bearing invertion and frictional torque checking with required torque value

Material handling is ensured through two robotic system for inner and outer rings and second robot is used for handling of pair for friction torque meausurement.
