Cup Cone Classification & Assembly Line

This fully automatic assembly line supplied to our prestigious customer for individual gauging for inner and outer ring of taper roller bearings and its storage at buffer table and assembly of specific grading of inner ad outer rings to suit specific end requirement of friction torque of final pair assembly.

In line consist of four stations mainly gauging of inner and outer race and assembly station for single and pair bearing as per grading requirements.

Material handling is ensured through three axis pick & place gantry system for inner and outer rings without manual intervention.
